I ordered a set of Carrol Boyes red wine glasses. Once i received them the 1 had a defect in it which I was unhappy about. I immediately let them know about my issue and I was contacted by Gillian the same day still. <br> <br> She asked for a few photo's to try understand my issue and that was that. Without any further queries she dispatched a new glass and left me the sweetest hand written note in the box. <br> <br> I buy a lot of stuff from their website and I with service like this i wont stop any time soon. <br> <br> Thank you for the AMAZING service.
