THIS IS HOW ALL ONLINE SERVICE SHOULD LOOK

I had a issues with a high value item which arrived damaged, and after lodging the complaint I was utterly and pleasantly surprised when 3 days later a brand new unit was delievered. Once i was happy with the new unit, only then did Yuppiechef staff request that they collect the damaged one. Now THAT is what good service looks like. Thank you very much for the professionalism of resolving this issue
