The worst service

Yuppie chef, a company who I have spent thousands with over the past few years has now disappointed me to the point where I will never purchase a single product from them ever again!

Their customer service and attitude towards its customers is disgraceful

Deon the store manager at gateway continues to disrespect and speak badly of me from day one of my return process for a product I used once and is completely damaged!

He has not tried to help at all and continues to have attitude against me! After knowing the story behind my product he has allowed nothing to happen and just handed it back to me and said sorry it’s out of my control I can’t help…. A product that yuppie chef apparently stands by its quality yet they allow this to happen!

I will never purchase from you ever again
