Terrible service @ Yuppiechef.

I have never experienced such pathetic customer service from a store. I returned a kettle almost 3 months ago and up to today haven't received any feedback from them to inform us of what is going on. I have called, went into the Willowbridge store and both Willowbridge and Somerset Mall stores have said they will get back to us regarding the kettle. To date, still no feedback! The product that this store sells is not cheap so you would think that their customer service would be good, but its not. I'm really disappointed and don't think I will be purchasing from them again and will not encourage anyone else to purchase form them either.
