Still Waiting 4 Products After 10 Days No Delivery

Placed an order for just under R4000 for a few pots, pans and cutlery hoping to get it within 1 to 2 days as it says that's how long it takes on their website but 10 days later still nothing delivered or no communication received from Yuppie chef informing me that it is going to be late. <br> <br>
