Shocking Service Yuppiechef

I have never experienced service like this from any retail outlet before. Absolutely shocking!! They have taken over a month to refund me and still not resloved. The accounts department blaime it on an FNB mishap which they still have not been capable of sorting it out themsleves. I will never buy from this store again. Take and learn from Woolworths. You guys have absolutely no idea.
