Returned item not refunded

I returned a box of items to yuppiechef. They returned me an item short claiming that they didn't receive it. To date I've not received my refund. They've claimed to have checked for the item but I am dead sure I sent it to them in the same box as the others which they have confirmed receiving. Very disappointed
