Return issues with Yuppiechef

Pathetic customer service's agent no informative trying to send me around from pillar to post trying to resolve a simple query. i bought my mom the day before a humidifier, went home opened it up for her as she is recovery due to her recent operation only to discover that the wrong item was purchased. I understand there was miscommunication between myself and her as she needs a nebulizer. All packing was packed neatly away i apologized but now not wanting to resolve this is wrong. There companies are such pretenders smile when the y take your money bit if there are aby issues dont care.
