This is a South African business to be proud of! Customers are the heart of their service delivery. Even when things go wrong, they communicate the bad news and give you options on next steps and empower their own customer service agents to make decisions and solve problems.

I was really disappointed that an item I ordered was no longer available, especially as it had been holding up the delivery of an order I had placed. I was contacted and given some options on what I could do - I elected to purchase another item, albeit at a slightly higher price. When I enquired as to how I could make the payment, the service rep advised that they would cover the difference. What a lovely surprise!
