POOR SERVICE AND NON DELIVERY

I have ordered two items, one which was advertised as available for immediate shipping and one to be shipped in 2-4 days. From this information I order it on the 20th of December for a Christmas Gift.

The product that was advertised as available for immediate shipping is still outstanding, I received the second product that was out of stock and the first one is been packed for 5 days now.

I am very disappointed in the service. I have spoken to a few staff the past few weeks and every time a different excuse. I don’t understand how a warehouse move delayed a product by 3 weeks and this product is now been packed since Monday from the first communication that I received from the company.
