Pay a premium but get terrible service.

There was a time that Yuppiechef was awesome. You paid a premium for the product and service, and one could therefore justify the spend.

I do appreciate that Covid has impacted us all so one needs to give some slack. I have raised my concerns with Yuppiechef - emails not responded to; orders take forever to be deliver; some terrible products. Each time I am given lots of apologies and comments like “this is not how we do business” or “ we are sorry” and “we are working on it”. Sadly none of this appears to be true as the service levels are getting worse.

Time to only use them in extreme emergency and do most of my shopping at real stores. This way I will get what I want, when I want and save money and frustrations.
