Over heating in Thread Office Premium Duck Down duvet inners

We bought one of your Super King Thread Office Premium Duck Down duvet inners.

These duvet inner are so hot we wake up in night sweats and are unable to enjoy a night's rest, the instructions did not indicate that this is what we were to expect and we are extremely disappointed even more so that we are now being denied a refund on the return of the item.

We feel that you should mark your product more clearly that it is made for extreme cold weather such as in New Zealand where these duvet are made.

Definitely not for RSA mild winters
