Non compliant products, empty promises, poor responses.

So after my last review, with Yuppiechef giving me the run around and unable to supply the legally required certification for their product, I suddenly get a uplift notification as well as a response from them, here on hellopeter that they will process the refund as soon as they receive the product back.

Courier collects on Wednesday as promised. The goods are delivered to them on Friday morning. They go quiet.

So i send a follow up to my contact person at Yuppiechef on Sunday, as I was out of office with no signal on Monday morning. I get a generic response, about this person now apparently on leave, and that he will follow up. But he isn't checking emails, so i will get it when i get it. Poor generic response to say the least.

So the "immediately process" was a story for the people on Hellopeter. I wonder how long they will drag this out for.
