No option to refund for unavailable item

Ordered an item online (shown as in stock on website). Informed me that the item was no longer in stock. Gave me three options: "You are more than welcome to wait for new stock to come in, Swap out the item for something else in our range, swap it for a voucher to use another time". No option to return my money / stop pending payment! I won't use their online shop again.
