No customer service

Today I popped into the YuppieChef store and selected the Good Grips Silicone Drying mat which was marked on the shelf for R269.00. When it went through the POS system the assistant told me the cost is over R400.00. I pointed out that the price tag says R269.00. They then said they would need to run it through management who wasn’t on site. They called management and then informed me after chatting to Management that they will not be giving it to as the price marked on the shelf. I didn’t have time to argue as I had a meeting I had to attend.

Talk about terrible customer service from a retailer.
