My first product complaint and it was handled brilliantly

I recently bought a Sagenwolf roasting tin, which delaminated after the first time I used it. I had an online chat with James, who not only located my invoice within a minute of us starting the chat, but he also advised that the product carries a five year warranty, so I can exchange it at any outlet. I've never been assisted so quickly and efficiently in my life! Wonderful experience. I'm a Yuppiechef fan for life.
