Missing order...more than a month

I've never had problems with previous orders, but this one is an epic fail as it stands. I ordered Craft beer that was on special and was lead to believe that it would be dispatched as soon as the lockdown level allowed it. Then we reached level 3, but for a couple of days no shipment news. I contacted them...found out the supplier didn't have stock and they could not have known. That carried on for weeks and then finally after getting in touch a couple more times, I got the good news that my order was on it's way. Then after no delivery I found out that the courier depot was shut down for 2 days. And the 29th of June was the last known date that any movement happened according to Aramex. Now, 2 weeks later my order is still missing. So the ENTIRE time (more than a month) in which I could legally purchase Craft beers elsewhere, instead I patiently waited for this order. Now the sale and distribution is prohibited once again.
