Making up for a small error in a big way

I am always very chuffed and impressed with the service I get from Yuppiechef. They are always on time, the products are of a high standard, and their friendly handwritten notes just seal the deal. This time, however, I am completely stunned. I ordered four coffee mugs, and was supposed to receive a gift of NOMU hot chocolate with my purchase. I think it was only supposed to be one sachet. However, when I got my mugs, there was no NOMU. I emailed them, just to make them aware of the oversight, but not to demand that they fix the mistake or anything. Next thing I know, one day later, I received an entire box of NOMU hot chocolate - 25 sachets!

Thanks to Ameerah Allie for firstly offering to make me some hot chocolate at the Yuppiechef office, because it wasn't possible to just send the one sachet, and then going way above and beyond what was expected, and sending me a whole box, with a personal note to apologise. I don't know how you guys keep up the amazing personalised service, but just know you have a lifelong customer in me.
