Ignored concerns, then no delivery
Yuppiechef seems very happy to take my money, but very unwilling to invest the time and effort to ensure that I paid for gets delivered to me.

I told Yuppiechef I work at Mutual Park, a building with 9 floors and thousands of people, so the courier should contact me on arrival. I was told this isn't possible. I told them it was absurd for me to pay R1000 for a parcel, but the courier won't make a 10 second phone call. The consultant agreed it was silly, but ensured me the parcel would reach me on time

Today I missed the courier's call. Immediately, I called back, reached a call center, was put on hold for 10 minutes in an 11 minute call before being told they couldn't get hold of the driver and I should wait for a return call. I went upstairs. I was called later and told that the parcel was downstairs. I waited there for 10 minutes, called back, was put on hold for 5 minutes, gave up and went upstairs. I then received another call telling me the parcel was downstairs. For a third time, I went downstairs and no parcel. I kept the call center person on the line for five minutes while he figured out where the driver was to deliver the parcel. Received parcel; total: an hour wasted
