Horrible customer service

The staff are extremely disrespectful and talk to you like you are in grade 1!

I bought a Steam One machine there last night and took it home to go test it, the machine dors not stem the clothes properly and there are still wrinkles on them so I took the item back to the store to get a refund or even store credit but they were so rude and did not even try to help! The manager came out and asked me did I even put water in like I dont know it uses water!

The lady that sold the item to me told me false information about the item and when I read the instructions everything she told me was not allowed to do. I bought this item because what she told me sounded amazing but it was everything but. Now I have to sit with this item and will never use it because Yuppiechef staff refuse to help customers, they just sant the sale then they dont care about anything else.

I will never shop there again, that manager and whole team don not know how to talk to customers and assist them. No wonder Yuppiechef has so many bad reviews.
