Great products, great service and great attitude!

Yuppiechef, although a substantial company now, went the extra mile to still make my order personal and make me feel like a valuable customer! They picked up the phone on a Sunday night, after two rings, to help me with my wedding registry. They had the goods delivered within 4 days, from CTP-Johannesburg, and even later delivered goods that were not in stock as soon as they came into stock. I then lost my gift voucher, amongst all the wedding goodies, and Yuppiechef staff were more than happy to assist me in providing me the details of the voucher within 12 hours of my query. It has been a long time since I have found a company to go the extra mile, not be greedy or too commercial and just treat me like a human, not a number. <br> <br> Well Done YUPPIECHEF, I would be more than happy to recommend you and your customer service!
