Gift voucher purchased online, not emailed

Gift voucher ordered and paid for this morning as a birthday gift has not arrived in my inbox 5.5 hours later, however the website reflects that my order was delivered. So I will not have it in time. Tried calling call centre and help page - everyone offline. I will be reluctant to order a gift voucher from Yuppiechef again. Highly diappointed
