Garbage pet fountain

I Bought an overpriced pet water fountain from your store which has stppped working less than. Year after purchase. Your courier service pitched up without warning and I wasn’t there to give them this *******. I want this fetched and replaced or I need to be refunded. This was expensive and is garbage. I also waited months for the filters. Stop stocking this if you cannot keep up with the maintenance products or if it’s a defective product.
