FAILING TO DELIVER / ruined the surprise

I placed an order on yuppiechef last Tuesday (3/11/2015). they advised teh product will be dispatched within 2 - 3 workng days but by Thursday, i tracked teh parcel and noted that it was not dispatched. i emailed them and tehy said Friday. Late Friday afteroon, nothin.<br> <br> Today called again, irt will only be dispatched on Wednesday.<br> <br> Apparently not all the products was in stock<br> <br> Why was this not noted on the website before i ordered ?<br> Why was i not communicated about the delay in deliver?<br> Micheal responded to my emails but with only information about further delays AFTER i queried.<br> <br> i used a voucher and could not get a refund except by a voucher. Now why would i want a return voucher. just to experience the same vile service again?<br> <br> I then called the contact center and was advised that in no ways will deliver be now, only by Wednesday ( so, they say ) since deliver has already been postponed 3 times. BUT wait they can canel my curtrent order and oput in a new order for over night deliver. What ?, really, why wasn' t this just done in the 1st place.<br> <br> I had to then ruin the surprise and call the person for the new address to which this ' overnight ' delivery will be taking place.<br>
