Excellent service

I received my order on Thursday from Yuppiechef. The box of one of the products I bought was a bit damaged. If I didn't buy it as a gift, it wouldn't have bothered me. I sent an email to Yuppiechef, with not much expectation. Keegan rep**** the same day with arrangements for delivery of a replacement. I received a brand-new box on Monday. Thank you so much for excellent service. If all businesses offered this service, South Africa would be a first-world country.
