Delivery times not stated correctly on website.

Buy an in stock item from Yuppiechef with a " ships from 3 to 5 days" listed on the site (please note no work days are indicated here). What happens, it's been 8 days since i've ordered the item (which was for a birthday) and now they say it will only be delivered on Wednesday!! That's 10 days. I've been in contact with them since Wednesday last week and even though they are "aware" of the delivery according to them there's nothing they can do. The package was handed over to Aramex for delivery on Saturday morning but it can only be delivered 5 days (4 work days later). I'm in shock with how they do business. The least they could do was to arrange with Aramex to try and deliver this item sooner but i guess that after they've taken my money they're really not required to do anything more.
