Delayed delivery with empty promises

<p>Ordered Christmas gifts for my very special Christmas dinner with my family which is tonight (16th). The courier was supposed to deliver the goods on Tuesday, 13th but it went to Pretoria by some error on their side. I was promised the order would be prioritised and delivered the ofllowing day using overnight courier services. On the 15th I still didnt receive the order. After about 5 or 6 phone calls someone tracked the parcel and told me that they will deliver today (16th) between 8 and 10am. I called at 9h45 and was promised the order will be at my doorstep before 10am. It is now 11h28 and not a word from Yuppiechef or their courier. I still havent heard from them and am extremely dissapointed in the empty promises and the stress this is causing me. I need to leave the house to go get new Christmas gifts and deal with them after my entire family leaves. </p> <p> </p> <p>This will definitely influence my recommendations (which I've very generously made to friends and family) in the future for bussiness. </p>
