Communication and prompt delivery

I ordered an item with Yuppiechef and was immediately told that they are out of stock and would notify me when available. I asked them when they would expect new stock to which they rep**** "13. May" On Friday 14.May they texted me that I could expect delivery of the item on Monday 17.May..... BINGO I receivedit Monday.....
