Broken Le Creuset mugs

My friends gave me a gife voucher from yuppiechef for my Birthday! Super excited to order my le Creuset mugs, only to be disappointed to the max! Two of the mugs were broken on arrival! I reported it and was promised that someone will collect it in the next week. I’m still waiting 3 weeks later!
