BEWARE Yuppiechef not honouring their guarantees.

I bought a kuvings juicer from these guys, The plastic parts started cracking after 8 months use, I reported it and they advised they will be collecting the machine. Yes it was during the lockdown, lockdown was eased and online shopping opened after a while, yet it took yuppiecheff weeks to collect the item and only after numerous follow-ups from myself. Now they came back and say that their supplier advised that the item has FAIR WEAR AND TEAR ??? and that the machine can be used like that.... CRACKED OPEN PARTS??? They have even stopped selling this machine. This is not acceptable and this company does not want to honor their guarantees.
