Bad Attitude from customer Service

Everything was perfect until I enquired from Customer Service . Enquired about Cash on Delivery Response from a guy called David Khoza was “Unfortunately not, you wouldn't walk away with bread at shoprite or Picn n Pay if you were short 10c. ” I then told him his response was extremely rude his apology was “Apologise, I didn't mean to offend you, was just trying to make a point. ” not sincere at all , what point ? other than that the site is great .
