What a treat to deal with a company that understands customer service!<br> <br> I had been unable to find sealing rings for preserving jars. One evening, I tried Yuppiechef, and got Gillian, who not only managed to locate the seals at one of their suppliers (at a *very* reasonable price), but kept me informed every step of the way, and then slipped a little something extra into the parcel for me.
