Awesome Customer Service

<p>I work abroad and ordered some gifts from Yuppiechef well in advance of a visit to SA so that the items would have been delivered to a friend's business before my arrival. The gifts arrived about 10 days before I turned up, but when I opened the box, two items were damaged. I wrote to inform the customer service department - and to place an order for replacements since 2 weeks had lapsed since the box had left Yuppiechef - but Lulu at customer service immediately offered to replace the two items free of charge despite the time that had lapsed. I think that is awesome - and I have already received the replacement items. I can recommend Yuppiechef to anyone and everyone!</p>
