Atrocious Service

This organization sells something called CorkPops supposedly to pop corks out of wine bottles. I had a R280 bottle of wine literally explode in my kitchen shattering the bottle with glass and wine all over the kitchen. A review of the product and an email to Yuppiechef have been ignored for over a week. Be careful buying products from these people as they do not back up their sales with competent adequate customer service - they’ll simply ignore you. Will try find the products elsewhere in future like Takealot where customer service, in my experience, is vastly superior.
