Absolutely disgusted with this online service!
I placed an order over a week ago, and my package hasn’t even been packed for delivery. I’m leaving the country soon, and now there’s nobody available to collect because you failed to meet the delivery timeline. There was zero communication about delays—completely unacceptable! And when I request a refund, I’m told I have to wait, yet you were quick to take my money. This is beyond disappointing and shows a total lack of customer care.
