Never again

Am dissatisfied at the service I got the stationary I ordered in the 22 December was delivered on the 13 th of January and behold it’s incomplete, how am I suppose to take it to school with incomplete stationary ?? But my biggest irritation is that there is no communication. Will it be delivered later or I donated my money to them and I have to go buy additional stationary? It was supposed to be delivered on the 9th after I sent a email that’s when I get the communication that it will be delivered Monday end up getting my order on Tuesday a day before school opens. How am I suppose to get th missing stationary as I only opened the box when I got home at 8 . Am not ordering again from them I should’ve stuck to Walton who I order from year in year out this year I through let’s try something different and am left with egg ok my face
