Horrible service

Schools are opening in 2 days and it's the first time ordering with this company and they use fastway couriers. Horrible service from both sides, I'm supposed to have my parcel today, still no delivery and the lady keeps cutting the call blaming it on lines being too busy. Fastway not responding on calls and whatsapp. I'm furious
