Horrible Service

Horrible customer service, zero communication and the WhatsApp messages are read and ignored. This company promised to deliver for school stationery by 9 Jan 2026 if order is placed before 22 December 2025. My order was placed on 21 December 2025.

I keep querying and sometimes zero response, until they confirmed delivery would be to me on 12 January 2026. I called the WhatsApp telephone number and the lady kept cutting my call. Eventually sent me a response to say it was with the courier company which was only created and not yet collect by the Courier Guy.

I expressed the urgency, requested a refund and to cancel by order as it was still with them. They read and ignore texts and cut the call.

Worse service I have ever received and will definitely not recommend to anyone.

Im highly stressed and disappointed with this company.
