Completely unreliable service

Would not recommend this service under any circumstances. I placed an order on 27th December, and it’s now 12th January—still no delivery. Last week I was told it would arrive between 9–12 January, and this morning I was told it would be delivered this afternoon. When I followed up later, I was told I would only get a tracking number once it’s handed over to the courier—yet I’ve called multiple times since with no updates whatsoever. The constant promises with zero follow-through are beyond frustrating, and customer service is completely unreliable. This is not how a company should treat its customers—avoid at all costs.
