After have isues for two week without Telephone lines as well as Data. The incompetence of Telkom cost the business thousand of Rands. Your Communications understood the impact of lack of service from Telkom and stepped up with an immediate solution. Their service was excellent. Within a day we were up and running with a complete new system as well as working telphone lines and Data. Rakesh Panday the chief installations Technician was friendly , effecient and highly professional.
