Good journey so far...

<p>We are fairly new to the Your Communications family, having been with them for a little over 6 months now. I have to say, that being a rather sceptical person and not liking the idea of change, I was vetoed (lol) and we became clients of Your Communications. They were very professional from the outset, having met initially with a very accommodating and persuasive Imran Omar.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am happy to say that we have been quite pleased with their service so far. We deal with great people in Jared and the techs that come out to help. From the beginning, we were introduced to the people we would generally be in contact with. We are quite happy with response times and are always met with a nice smile and pleasant demeanour from the techs, I have also learned that they understand that everything is urgent to everyone, so they try their best to accommodate everyone, which is what every client wants. </p> <p> </p> <p>Overall, I am quite happy with the decision to go with Your Communications.</p>
