bad communications
prommised the world when it comes to communication solutions. Not even a week after the installation came and removed the equipment, leaving us with a total communication ******** right before December costing our company thousands of rands due to lack of planning from their side.

It is unfortunate that we have found ourselves in this situation. After numerous conversations regarding the proposal for your business it seems that even though this journey started in October we have not reached any form of feasible agreement to engage with you as a business partner, by providing a workable and commercially viable solution. Your Communications submitted your business solution to our finance house, which was declined by them, based on their criteria. We should have then let this go at that given point but we were passionate about finding alternatives to deliver the promise of partnering with 'First Dollar Trading'. We decided to place your financial case before our Financial Director for approval of internal Finance in which we were really hopeful to proceed to partner with you, however, it did not deem feasible due to the deal being financial high risk and that the connectivity in your area was poor. Your Communications therefore decided not to partner with you as the deployment could have negatively impacted both businesses. At no point was this action carried out with prejudice or malice and was communicated clearly.
