Very Bad Handling of Queries

Kim, I am so disappointed with your handling of returns, you also didn't check the order and you just allowed something to be returned being well aware you won't change it, this could've all been avoided had you rejected the return from the first place, why did you do that? I am going to report your business for ****ming people, this is very bad, WHY ALLOW RETURNS KNOWING VERY WELL YOU WON'T CHANGE IT? You seriously acting like a bully just blocking me on WhatsApp and just bringing back the ring.
