You Love It RSA is a ****
Buy from them at your own risk. Kim is so rude and self righteous. Bought rings online got them ,they didn’t fit,logged a return had to pay R200 for courier to pick them up.Paid same day,rings were fetched the next day,4 days later was rudely informed that my rings have scratches,asked for pictures she refused and said there’s no need,she will not entertain me.

Buy from them at your own risk. Kim is so rude and self righteous. Bought rings online got them ,they didn’t fit,logged a return had to pay R200 for courier to pick them up.Paid same day,rings were fetched the next day,4 days later was rudely informed that my rings have scratches,asked for pictures she refused and said there’s no need,she will not entertain me.

ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE SERVICE
I ordered a ring from this company on 20 February 2026. I got it on 23 February. At first I struggled to get hold of this Kim and then when it was time to pay, suddenly the service was brilliant. On the monday I received the ring, I fitted it and didn't like the design so I immediately let her know. NO RESPONSE. They do state on the website that if you don't like the design you can exchange it within 30 days. I was happy to pay the courier etc. Its the 17th of march today. I have been blocked from her social media and up to date she hasn't responded even remotely! Absolute **** service. Don't EVER buy from this company.

Paying to get it fixed that I didn't break
Firsty I fell inlove with their jewelry pieces on tiktok and wanted to get engaged with one of their rings ... So I did ... About a month ago... And since then it lost its main diamond twice ... Now they want me to pay R180 courier to get it fixed ... Why should I pay to post it back to them when the ring is poorly made
