ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE SERVICE

I ordered a ring from this company on 20 February 2026. I got it on 23 February.

At first I struggled to get hold of this Kim and then when it was time to pay, suddenly the service was brilliant. On the monday I received the ring, I fitted it and didn't like the design so I immediately let her know.

NO RESPONSE. They do state on the website that if you don't like the design you can exchange it within 30 days. I was happy to pay the courier etc.

Its the 17th of march today. I have been blocked from her social media and up to date she hasn't responded even remotely!

Absolute **** service. Don't EVER buy from this company.
