My money is gone but never received any del

I ordered a product called yoni herbs from yonisteaming_wellness on the 28 of may today its the 15 of june but I never received my delivery, I've been whatsapping her but no respond, the last respond she responded with attitude saying she will do a follow up till today nothing.
