Formal Complaint: Unfulfilled Order and Non-Responsiveness
Complaint Regarding Unfulfilled Order and Lack of Communication Yoni Steaming Wellness Management Subject: Formal Complaint: Unfulfilled Order and Non-Responsiveness I am writing this to formally lodge a complaint against Yoni Steaming Wellness regarding an order I placed that has yet to be delivered, and the subsequent total lack of communication from their team. Despite completing my purchase, I have not received the products I paid for. I have reached out via several communication channels to follow up on the status of my delivery; however, to date, I have received no response or acknowledgment of my inquiries. As a customer, I find this level of service—or lack thereof—completely unacceptable. It is unprofessional to ignore paid customers who are simply seeking updates on their orders. I am requesting an immediate response regarding the following: The current status and tracking information for my order. The reason for the delay and the lack of communication. An estimated delivery date, or failing that, a full refund of my payment. I hope that by posting this, the management will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation promptly. Customer Details: Order Number: Date of Purchase: 06 December 2025 this is the email i sent them and they did not respond to it, To: Management at Yoni Steaming Wellness Date: 29 January 2026 Subject: URGENT: Non-delivery of Order – [Nomvuzo ***qoyi ***] – 6 December 2025 Dear Yoni Steaming Wellness Team, I am writing to formally complain about the non-delivery of my order placed and paid for on 6 December 2025. Transaction Details: • Date of Purchase: 6 December 2025 • Items: Yoni Steaming Herbs (R250) and Yoni Soak (R200) • Total Paid: R510 (including delivery) • Payment Confirmed by Seller: 8 December 2025 The Issue: On 9 December 2025, you provided a photo of a PAXI shipment. However, I never received the official SMS notification from PAXI to collect the parcel. Since then, I have reached out multiple times to resolve this, but my messages have gone unanswered. As the sender, it is your responsibility to ensure the goods reach the customer or to investigate the matter with the courier (Pep PAXI) if the parcel has gone missing. As it has now been over seven weeks without the products or an update. Required Action: If not resolved by end of next week, I am requesting a full refund of R510 to be paid into my account by [Standard bank , *** date: 2 February 2026]. Please confirm receipt of this message and provide proof of the refund. If I do not hear back, I will be forced to escalate this matter via the Consumer Goods and Services Ombudsman (CGSO) and share my experience on public consumer platforms.
