Yellodata ******* and *****

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>As I am writing this review I am shaking of anger. Let me give you the background,</p> <p>I was phoned by someone late last year from Yellodata who offered me the package of 500MB for R69pm. The first month my account was debited with R69 for the 500MB and there was 2 other debits that when off my account for something that I was subscribed to but no one informed me of these during our telephone conversation. The same day i phoned Yellodata and asked what these other 2 debits were about, the woman that spoke to was rude and asked " Didn't you receive the sms' on the day that you subscribed to yellodata" to which responded "Yes but you don't receive a sms to say your account is going to be debited with 3 different amounts". They immediately cancelled the other 2 subcriptions and right after that one of the Managers/Leaders phoned me to apologize. They continued to debit my account with R69 until the 24th of February where they debited my account with R464 and I phoned them on the 27th of February and asked why they this happened i was told that this service is uncapped and I used 1000MB in the previous month. The information that this service is uncapped came as news to me but I was told that this is on their website, so immediately asked them to cancel this service and received a sms that it has been cancelled. The next month they debited my account again with R69 again and I phoned them on the 27th Of March and spoke to Michelle who said that it has been cancelled and March is the last month that they are debiting my account. Well as I am writing this review I am so livid because Michelle was lying to me! I set up a stop order for this month just incase they tried again! Yellodata now you are just *****ing my money and it has to STOP! I have sent emails and had no reply and when I phone in someone differnet is spinning a new story.
