Yellodata cancellation

I have a problem with yellodata because on the 29th March I cancelled the Yellodata and was given YD- ********** 3-1 confirming the cancellation yet they have been deducting money on my account, I have logged complaint with them and the consultant keep on telling me that they will escalate the issue and till now they have not solved my case.
