Yello Data - Worst Decision I Made

<p>About 6 months ago, I was offered this amazing offer of 1GB MTN Data @R99, unlimited wifi access in certain hotpots and the no questions asked cancellation option. I bought the package for my wife. She tried telling me for the last couple of months that no data has been added to her account, but, because I had good service from MTN (I thought Yello Data and MTN was same company), I gave it no attention. Last month she asked me to investigate further.... Apn change....technical stuff and no service.... This was not what I agreed to. I requested cancellation and my money to be paid back, but, without fail...debit order was paid this month. This was my worst telephone sales decision I made to date... Yello Data is a no go.....</p>
